But, first let me advise you that when you work with me as your Spiritual Coach that I am not
talking about religion.  I am talking about helping you to become a more spiritual person
regardless of your religious background.  And, to help you along these lines you can read

as researched in my Ph.D. program.  

But, ultimately I believe spirituality is the capacity to increase your power to both
love and serve, while using your unique gifts in this world.

So, how can I help you and what stops you from becoming the dynamic, spiritual, and loving
person you are meant to be in this world?  Simple.  The Ego.

In many ways then my job is to teach you how to focus less on yourself and more on others
not in a detrimental sacrificial way, but a powerful - full of love and joy - way!  Here's how I will

    yourself and others.

  • Master the four levels of your mind (intuitional, logical, motivational, instinctual) for
    greater success and well-being.
  • Express various emotional states (anger, fear, confusion, jealousy, sorrow, happiness)
    in truly loving ways.
  • Treat your body and physical possessions with more love and respect.
  • Stay in love with life, others, and yourself from this point forward.

demand."  No more waiting for days to have an appointment to speak with me if you need to
talk to me right now.  And, we talk as long as we need to.  No set time period of 50 minutes
that we need to get through just to day we did.  If you need a 5 - 10 minute boost, you get it,
there and then whenever I am available.  If you need 30 - 90 minutes, I am there for you as
well.  In short, we talk as long as there is energy and momentum to talk, when you need it.  No
more, no less.
