Dawn - Visualizing Your Day as Higher Self

Start your day off right by connecting to your Higher Self (YOU) through your  breathing,
charge throughout.  12 minutes in length.

Noon - Recollection of Day's Intention

Give yourself an opportunity to pause in mid-day and reconnect with your Higher Self and
morning intention for the day.  As you do so, allow yourself to feel restored so you are
better able to handle the remainder of the day in a positive and dynamic way.  12 minutes
in length.

Early Afternoon - Affirmations

As your work day ends and you prepare for the later part of your day, allow yourself to
listen to a series of affirmations that remind you of all you are grateful for no matter what
kind of day you have experiences.  And, use these affirmations to bring greater health,
prosperity, supportive relationships, and spiritual abundance into your life.  12 minutes in
length.

Early Evening - Revisualizing Your Day

Once again reconnect with your breathing and from a place of reconnection with your
Higher Self review some of the people and events of the day embracing fully what is good
and bringing greater insight, healing, and wholeness to any people or events that may
have been stressful or not quite what you hoped for.  12 minutes in length.

Bedtime - Releasing into Higher Self

As you drift off to sleep experience a deep sense of peace as you are healed and uplifted
by Spirit.  Allow a sense of guidance and reconnection with spiritual mentors or teachers
who inspire you to occur.  And, as you drift off to sleep feel fully embraced by your Higher
Self or YOU.  12 minutes in length.

QUESTION?  How often should I use the above meditations?

Research has shown that the more you reaffirm and remember who you really are (as your
Higher Self) and what your main intentions are throughout the day, the greater your peace
of mind will be and the more likely you will attract what you need to.  Plus, these meditations
are designed to help you learn from your day and heal any aspect of your day you need to.
 Thus, they are especially powerful if all five meditations are used everyday throughout the
day for at least 30 days.  However, the meditations can also be used by selecting a few you
really enjoy and using them as often (or as little) as you wish.  Just follow your own intuition
and needs and I know regardless they will be helpful to you.
